ESLAST 5240 series  
 

ESLAST 5240 series are dual component silicones which utilise a simple one to one mix ratio and are formulated to be fast curing either through vulcanizing at room temperature or under exposure to ultraviolet and heat. ESLAST 5240 series cured with low odour, non corrosivity, high flexibility and excellent adhesion to most substrates. ESLAST 5240 series have extremely high service temperature and excellent resistance to mechanical impact, vibrations, moisture, heat and weathering. ESLAST 5240 series are suited for protection of electronics components and circuitry.

- Tacking of wires & components on printed circuit boards
- Conformal coating of printed circuit boards & flexible printed circuits
- Strengthening of connectors, plugs & switches during use
- Strengthening of optical pickup & delicate assembly against shock & vibrations
- Protective sealing, coating, potting & encapsulating of electronics component & circuitry
- Sealing of gasoline & petroleum tanks & containers, fluids tanks, automotive electronics & sensors
- Heat resistant sealing of heating devices, heating elements, microwave ovens & thermal sensors
