About Us
Since 2009, Fotopolymer has built up a track record of providing specialty adhesive solutions for our customers in Asia Pacific. Fotopolymer formulate, manufacture and supply bespoke adhesives that address the diverse demands of our customer’s assembly processes. Using our expertise in ultraviolet and thermal curing chemistry, we practise agile development of customised adhesives, in collaboration with our customers, to support their next generation products and technologies development.
As product development cycles become faster and product sizes become smaller, our customers’ expectation for speciality adhesives increase as they deliver miniaturised assemblies with better performance at shorter intervals while fulfilling strident environmental protection regulations.
As a strategic partner, Fotopolymer focus on agile and progressive development of customised speciality adhesives and resins to meet our customers’ requirements with superior and reliable performances. For more than ten years, we have built up an expertise on ultraviolet radiation and thermosetting chemistry which enables rapid curing assembly processes with better energy efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
Our Approach
Agile Manufacturing
Fotopolymer operates a responsive and flexible modular batch manufacturing to support our customers’ rapid scale up from small batch development to large scale production. We manufacture from 5 litres to 600 litres volumes, to support this. We handle adhesives of different reactivities and in viscosities from liquid to paste.
Bespoke Formulating
Fotopolymer recognise that our customers’ bonding needs are unique and diverse especially when developing next generation products and technologies. For more than 10 years, we collaborated closely with our customers to understand their emerging needs and to develop customised formulations for their applications. Over 80% of speciality adhesives which we supplied are developed with our customers and customised for our customers.
